In California, trust administration is the legal process of managing and distributing a trust after the trust creator becomes incapacitated or passes away. Whether the trust is revocable, irrevocable, or a special needs, the trustee aka the trust manager has important legal and fiduciary responsibilities that must be handled correctly to avoid unnecessary delays, disputes, and liability.

I guide trustees through every stage of the trust administration process, from interpreting the trust, preparing required notices, and coordinating asset transfers to resolving creditor claims, tax issues, and final distributions to helping ensure the trust is administered efficiently, in compliance with California law, and in accordance with the trust creator's wishes.
