We serve California residents and clients at every stage of life with personalized estate planning solutions designed to protect what matters most. Our clients include individuals who are single or married, parents of minor or adult children, couples who have chosen a child-free life, and those preparing for retirement. Regardless of your circumstances, we help you create a thoughtful estate plan that reflects your goals, protects your assets, and provides confidence for the future.
-
It all starts with a 15-minute conversation and lots of questions. We want to understand you as a person first, what do you value and what are your goals with estate planning? By the way, that conversation doesn’t just end, it continues during legacy planning session we call “Your North Star Roadmapping”.
Once you book a planning session, we dedicate an hour to education. We call it “Empowered Hour”. We provide you with education and insight into your current situation should something happen to you, either incapacity or death, what the law says and how the law would affect you and your loved ones now. Now you are empowered with the knowledge to help you make important decisions during design.
Next, we design a plan that is unique to your family dynamics, assets, values, and intentions.
We have a few more steps after design but it’s not a sign-and-see-ya-later. We’ll give you the full run-down during your “Your North Star Roadmapping”.

An estate plan is a set of legal documents mostly in the form of either a will or trust that explains how you want your affairs handled if you become incapacitated and unable to make decisions for yourself or after you pass away.
A common myth is that estate planning is only for the wealthy, but that's not true. If you own a home, have minor children, have savings or retirement, or simply want to make things easier for your loved ones, an estate plan can help protect you and your family.
A California estate plan can help you:
Decide who will receive your property and assets.
Name someone you trust to make financial or medical decisions if you cannot.
Choose who will care for your minor children.
Help your loved ones avoid unnecessary delays, expenses, and court involvement.
Make sure your wishes are clearly documented and legally recognized.
Every person's situation is different, which is why an estate plan should be tailored to your family dynamics, your goals, and assets. For many Californians, an estate plan may include a living trust, a will, powers of attorney, and an advance health care directive.
Creating an estate plan isn't about planning for death. It's about preparing ahead of time to protect yourself, care for the people you love, and give your family clear guidance when they need it most.

A Different Kind of Estate Planning Experience
Life is busy. Between raising children, building a career, caring for aging parents, growing a business, or preparing for retirement, estate planning can easily fall to the bottom of the list. Yet you deserve the confidence of knowing your wishes will be honored and your loved ones will be protected when they need it most.
That is why we have built our practice around making estate planning as approachable and stress-free as possible.
From your first meeting, you can expect calm, clarity, and compassionate guidance. We take the time to answer your questions, explain your options, and ensure you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. You'll never feel rushed or pressured into decisions. Instead, you'll have a trusted advisor who helps you make thoughtful choices with confidence.
Because relationships matter, we believe our work should not end when you sign your documents. Your life will change over time, and your estate plan should change with it. We have developed systems like a complimentary 3-year review that allow us to build lasting relationships with our clients, providing ongoing guidance as your family, finances, and the law evolve.
Planning for More Than Your Wealth
An estate plan is about more than distributing assets.
It is about protecting your children, supporting your loved ones, preserving family harmony, and leaving behind the values and legacy that define your life. We believe your greatest legacy is not simply what you own, but the love, wisdom, and intentions you leave for those who matter most.
That is why we take the time to learn what is important to you and design a plan that reflects not only your financial goals, but also your hopes for your family and your future.
Just as importantly, we help ensure your plan works when it matters most. Through ongoing plan reviews, membership options, and dedicated support for funding your trust, we help keep your estate plan current and your assets properly aligned so your loved ones are protected both during your lifetime and after you're gone.

Create for yourself peace of mind.
Contrary to popular belief, estate planning is not about the amount of assets you have. Estate planning is simply about proactively preparing for your loved ones to ensure they understand your wishes if you’re ever incapacitated or have passed on. You are planning to accomplish the best possible legal and financial choices throughout life and after you pass. Our heart-centered counseling process ensures you make the right choices for yourself and the people you love.

What do you really need to keep your family out of court and out of conflict when something happens to you? Well, it depends on your goals.
During our North Star Roadmapping (our firm’s version of the estate planning session) we will look at your family dynamics, values, assets, and probate, the state’s plan if you fail to do your own planning. Then, we will help you create a plan that is unique to you to achieve your desired outcomes for yourself, assets, and the people you love.
