Our Firm :

Han Oak Legacy Law

At Han Oak Legacy Law, we believe estate planning is about so much more than legal documents. It’s about protecting the people you love, preserving what matters most, and creating peace of mind for the future.

Founded by Christine Han, our California estate planning practice serving California residents was built on a simple but meaningful belief: every family has a unique story and every estate plan should reflect it. There are no cookie-cutter solutions here. Instead, we take the time to understand your values, your family, your goals, your assets, and your concerns so we can create a plan that is thoughtfully designed for your life.

We know that thinking about estate planning can feel overwhelming. Many people put it off because they are unsure where to begin, worried about making the wrong decisions, or simply intimidated by the legal process. That is why we have intentionally created a different experience.

Working with us feels like finally sitting down with someone who truly understands. Someone who listens before giving advice. Someone who explains complex legal concepts in an easy to understand way. Someone who guides you with patience and compassion, never pressure.

Our goal is not simply to help you complete an estate plan. It is to help you move beyond uncertainty with confidence, trust, and peace of mind. Our clients often tell us they leave feeling lighter not only because they know their loved ones will be protected, but because they feel genuinely heard and cared for throughout the process.

We aim to be the kind of law firm that proactively helps people to live their best life.

Our Founder :

Christine Han

A woman with long wavy dark hair, smiling, wearing a black blazer over a light blue shirt, standing against a plain white background.

I believe life is meant to be lived fully, and that the best strategy to do that is to understand my own value systems and plan ahead. It's a philosophy I embrace and one that inspires how I serve my clients.

Before becoming an estate planning attorney, I worked as a legal research librarian, where I found the greatest fulfillment in being a trusted resource and confidant. I loved proactively helping people navigate challenges before they became a problem.

My parents taught me the importance of diligence, mastering a craft, treating others with respect, and living a life of service. Those values led me to start my own practice because I wanted to offer a different kind of estate planning experience, one centered on genuine relationships, personalized guidance, and the kind of old-fashioned customer service that's become increasingly rare.

To me, estate planning is about people first. It's about understanding your family, your values, what matters most to you, and how you want to take care of your loved ones. My goal is to make the process as smooth, comfortable, and as meaningful as possible while providing trusted counsel that you'll feel confident returning to for years to come.
